Change Management

This training explores the process of helping employees and teams explore and adapt to new ways of working.  Employees,  learn about new ways of working, new tools, processes, and goals. Organizational performance can be improved by change management because employee satisfaction can be improved. 

The four principles of change will be explored. These principles are :

  1. Select few + Diverse Many
  2. Have to + Want To
  3. Head + Heart
  4. Management + Leadership
